When will my order ship?

All orders ship from our California warehouse.

All in-stock items are typically proccessed in 1-2 business days (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods).

Please note we are not responsible for delays in shipment due to courier. Delivery times shown at checkout are an estimate of delivery period.

My order status says 'Pending'. What does that mean?

"Pending" simply means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to “Shipped.”

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, login to your account, click on the order you wish to track, and click on the tracking number. Alternatively, you may track your order on the USPS website with the tracking number you were given.

Something I really like is out of stock! What can I do?

Sign up for a notification - it’s an easy way to find out when sold out items have been restocked. If that iPhone case you've fallen in love with is sold out and no longer available, just sign up for an email restock notification. That way, whenever the item comes back, you'll be the first person to find out!
