Here at Luxe-Case, we believe making our customers happy is our priority. We want you to love shopping online as much as we do! If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for friendly order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. All items are thoroughly checked for quality assurance before leaving our warehouse. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below and feel free to contact us for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

All return/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the original shipment date.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unused, and new condition.

Returns & Exchanges Details

Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.

All items must be returned with original packaging materials (ie. accessory charm must be returned with original box).

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item you received is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours upon delivery at [email protected], otherwise your claim will be denied.

Terms & Conditions

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.

Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Luxe-Case is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Luxe-Case is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments.

The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to Luxe-Case.

We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.

How to Make a Return:

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA # via email/contact form.

Fill out our Returns and Exchanges Form and include it in your package along with the item(s).

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. The returned merchandise must be sent back with protective bubble wrap to prevent from damage during shipment. You will be responsible for returning the item(s) in new and undamaged condition and the cost of shipping your product back to us.

If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.

We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
